The Office of Black Catholic Ministry coordinates outreach to the Black community and to Black Catholics in the Diocese of Owensboro.  It keeps parishes in the Diocese informed of the National Black Catholic Congress agendas, programs and issues.  It also coordinates the annual “Church in Africa” collection.
