The Office of Lay Ministry and Formation serves the Diocese of Owensboro by supporting Lay Ministry in all aspects, whether volunteer or professional.  The Office provides professional and spiritual development and training for Lay Ministers, Parish Councils, parish staffs and volunteers.  The Office also designs and implements the Safe Environment education for adults, youth and children.
